Service Cancellation Policy

• We require credit card information to book your appointment.

• All cancellations must be submitted 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellations after closing time the day before will be automatically charged.

• A 50% fee will automatically be applied for no-shows or same-day cancellations. 

• Online deposits are non-refundable and will be used to cover late cancellations or no-show fee of 50%.

• Vouchers or gift certificates will be fully redeemed based on the no-show appointment price. 

• Please call us ASAP if you need to reschedule! Keep in mind that our therapists work by appointment, so a heads-up helps keep communication! 

 

Prior to Your Appointment

• Please Arrive 20 minutes before your session to fill out waivers, use the restroom, etc.

• Your session starts 5 minutes before the Float to give you privacy to shower.

• Plan your trip ahead of time. for free parking use Waze 140 W. Wilson Ave Norfolk, Va 23510 (one-way street).

• additional parking under the "reserved" spots at the opera house.

• 2-hour parking in front of the building. (VB BLVD)

• We ask that You don't use perfumes or lotions that will interact and take away from your massage.

Fresh Hair color?

Avoid the risk of a penalty charge by waiting 3 weeks before floating. Fresh Hair dye will damage our pods, please reschedule to avoid conflicts! thank you
