EAT RIGHT - There is too much information on this subject and no two "experts" agree on the subject - MORE fats. No, MORE, carbs. No way - more protein. What the PHO? So I decided to give myself a break by having a cheat sheet for the week. TEN Foods to eat more of this week to have more energy, brain power, and fun: *

  1. Grapes provide the ultimate energy boost

  2. Almonds strengthen nerves and bones

  3. Apples detox heavy metals and radiation from the body

  4. Apricots relax muscles and soothe tension

  5. Artichokes nourish the thyroid and adrenals

  6. Arugula helps prevent sinus infections

  7. Asparagus reduces inflammation in the body

  8. Avocados nourish the brain

  9. Bananas help reduce anxiety and relieve depression
